Sir/Ma'am, Regarding my order id [protected], It is showing delivered but it has not been delivered.I was assured by your customer care executive that I will get it, it will be delivered but I haven't received it yet. I got a mail that issue is closed without any actual resolution.How can you close the ticket without providing a resolution? It is because of the trust put in Patanjali I have ordered with advance payment and now that the item is not delivered, you are closing ticket without resolution.
