Patanjali Ayurved — Money deducted, order still pending

I placed the order on aug 9

I was charged rs 600 and have not received the product yet.
Called them on the number ([protected] / [protected]) no one responds sent them an email at [protected]@patanjaliayurved.org as mentioned on their website, the email showed a non delivered response.
I have sent emails to PAYTM asking them to refund the amount and they say the order at patanjali was successful and the distributor has received the money and they will refund only if they get any email or reference number from the distributor end stating that a refund can be processed
Attaching the website details and payment confirmation from paytm.

Kindly process a refund.
