[Resolved] Patanjali Ayurved — Partial order delivered and balance not refunded | |||
Hi, I had ordered 28 items on orderme app of patanjali on 28 Jul 20. I received the order on 17Aug20 but found in the bill enclosed that a lot of items have not been delivered. The bill total is Rs.2303 but in that also i could see one item Dalia - 2Nos - Rs.50 has been striked off manually (photo attached) but in the total the same is not reflected. While ordering online I paid a total of Rs.3, 408. Pls let me know when will i get the refund amount. Amount Paid - Rs. 3, 408 Less Invoice Value - Rs. 2, 303 Less Amount for Dalia - Rs.50 Total Refund amount - Rs.1, 055 I have tried contacting the customer care through telephone as well as email but no response yet.
