I have ordered few items via order me app (Order no. 212926 dated 05.08.2020). The order was canceled from their end. And i am yet to get the refund. It is very hard to connect their customer care. I have sent so many email in past but not getting any positive reply. It is very much surprising, my order was canceled from their end and after 30 days, i have not received my refund.
