Patanjali Store — selling at max retail price without giving invoice

Dear sir,
Patanjali store (Address - town square, vatika india next, sec-83, gurgaon 122004) is selling all patanjali product at max retail price and not giving invoice. It is very surprised to see that how a person fooling government.
Today when i visit this store i told him that you are selling at mrp and not giving invoice, so you are not adhering rule of government so i will complaint you than he told me that he has good politicals links so he is not afraid of tax department.
I request to please take legal action.
