Sir/Madam This is to bring to your notice that I, Mrs Veena N.Mudaliar, am an ardent fan of Pavers England Footwear. I bought a beautiful coffee brown footwear BZL TP 4104 on 17/12/2015 for Rs 2499/- from Infinity Mall, Malad. After using it 4-5 times, it's thong came loose and as a result my toes used to try to take a grip. This gave me severe backache. The base too was peeled off. I gave the said footwear in your Oberoi Mall Output for repairs on 21/2/2016. The ticket number of the same is 00006919. The repair took eternity and finally when I went to collect my repaired footwear, I was shocked to see that it's coffee brown base was changed to black and the rest of the piece was coffee brown. This was done as coffee brown material was not available. No one thought of intimating me before changing the part of footwear in different colour altogether. How am I supposed to wear this footwear is beyond my imagination. I refuse to accept this footwear now appearing in 2 different shades. Kindly reimburse the cost of the footwear or I will be happy to exchange it for another footwear as this is my favourite brand . Hope you will do the needful at the earliest as the matter is lying unresolved for too long.
