I have had a very similar experience at Pavers Mall Infinity Malad, Mumbai. Bought a bag for Rs.4000/- and at the time of buying had repeatedly checked with the staff managerwhether the material would get pinched as the warranty is only on stitching. He assured me that pinching happens only in inferior material and not Pavers branded stuff. In just a few months, I noticed the outer material pinching and peeling off. I took it to the showroom, Shoaib, the store manager has dismal customer service attitude. Apart from being clueless as to what is to be done, he only to repeatedly kept telling me that no other complaint has come and that I would need to submit the bag which they would send to their manufacturing unit. But on being asked what resolution they would come back with since this cannot be repaired, they had no answer!!! In other words...nothing can be done, its my loss. I have to bear for trusting and buying a so called"branded" product like Pavers. It is indeed appalling. I have decided to stay away from this brand forever
