Pavers England — Handbag and slippers

I had bought a green faux leather handbag at Chennai Express avenue mall. After a year the outer leather type layer started peeling. I didnt know what to do and moved to Hyderabad. Went to buy a slippers at Inorbit mall showroom. I explained the bag issue. They gave me customer care email and asked me send photographs. I did the same but the customer care replied cannot do anything. Then after a year the sandals (Just after 3rd use) war came out. So i went to Inorbit mall to give and ofcourse with loads of frustration. Both the product were Rs.4000 approximately. I explained my frustration and also the bag issue. Then both were submitted for replacement as per the executive mentioned at store. The sandals came back repaired after a month and till date i dont know the status of the bag. No reply from customer care. My point is...We opt for branded products for quality, reliability, durability and customer service internationally. We pay so much of amount for a product and if the quality turns out to be like this, i think a major action needs to taken and case needs to be filed at consumer court and request them to take severe action against PE to check quality. I paid Rs.4000 for a sandals and now i must use a repaired sandals where i have not used anytime in my life. We throw the slippers once it gets old. First time a slipper wear out for me within a year. Sounds gross and frustrating.
