Pavers England — non refund of shoes returned

Sir
I have returned the shoes because they were tight fit within 24 hour in the condition i had received them. I had returned the shoes on 10/5/19
But since then i have contacted the delivery company who confirmed that the shoe reached the vendor on 14/5/19 but no refund has been initiated. I have sent many mails and called their customer support number 100 times but no body picks it up and they never return the call

I purchased two shoes online from the website and mad online payments. The monies were debited from my account however i have not received the confirmation or tracking id from your end. Also the customer care is unreachable even during working hours which is highly unacceptable.
