[Resolved] Pavers England — poor customer care service

I have placed an order for two footwears via their website.
One footwear which was delivered (Order number[protected], i wanted to request a change in size. As per stated rules i was supposed to inform within 72 hours of receipt. But unfortunately no one is answering their customer care number and no acknowledgement of receipt of email as well.
The other order for footwear was cancelled from their end due to lack of availability but no information was given on refunding the amount.
Very disappointed with the service for a brand like this. I even called the local store but they are also unable to help me out
