I HAD PURCHASED A HAND BAG FROM AHMEDABAD AIRPORT ON 2 NOV 2014
BUT AFTER USING TWICE ITS OPENING BUCKLE GOT DAMAGED/ NOT OPERATING AFTER SEVERAL VISIT TO VARIOUS CITIES AND OUTLETS OF PAVERS ENGLAND FINALLY KOLKATA AIRPORT OUTLET TOOK THE HANDBAG FOR REPAIRS. WITH RECEIPT NUMBER CGF:-759 BUT NOW ITS BEEN 20 DAYS OF SUBMISSION THEY DIDNT HAV CONTACTED ME YET. AND I HAD SENT THIS COMPLAINT ALREADY TO THEIR COMPLAINTS DEPARTMENT BUT THEY ARE ALSO NOT REPLYING ON THE SAME. SO WHAT SHOULD A PERSON DO..
I HAD CALLED THEIR STAFF REGARDING THIS .. HE PICKED THE CALL AND SAID WRONG NUMBER
