Pavers England — stones missing from slipper pair

We would like to inform you that few stones are missing from the flowers in the slipper pair. We have brought it from guwahati airport, bill number being 180/589 dated 16/05/2018. Item description below tp7 105 beige 6 (39). Being such a repututative brand it is surprising to see such a thing happening in the brand. We request for a replacement of the slipper as a resolution of the same

The store in the Inorbit Mall, Madhapur Hyderabad is removed and we frequently buy the products from that store. We just need to know if the store is shifted, if so the new store address and if not any other way we can go personally and buy the products.
