Pavers England — upfront cheating.

I bought a pair of shoes worth 8k from chennai airport. While purchasing, the sales person said that the shoe will loosen up as i told him that it was tight. Also he did not have size 10 in stock. He said that you take this 9 size and if you are not comfortable, change in 1 month anytime.
When i went to change, in the same outlet after 20 days, as i had another flight & didn't get any chance to go to airport till then. The person straight away denied the exchange. This is the cheapest, worst and unbelievably bad service i have ever seen in my lifetime. Also i have called 3 times to customer care, but no response. Please beware of this brand as cheating people is their vision and extracting money with low quality, unsuitable products is their agenda.
