[Resolved] Pavithra Bandhan — Not responding after receiving payments | |||||
Hi team, My mother registered for pavithra bandhan services and was told that after the payment is made, we will get a rm to contact us and a user name and a password. After the payment was done, we did not receive any email or any rm to contact us neither we received any user name or password to look for profile, when we followed up with the person who was contacting us, this is what we get as a response, attached is the email. You have to take follow up. The package cost is 7500 for assisted service and if you pay 2600 and expecting 7500 wala service then its quite difficult for us. We have already informed you the variance and the difference between online and offline service. Even offline service have money back guarantee and rm also involve into this. If you take online service there is no assistance you will get from us except giving the contact numbers. But you have one option in this. That is you will get contact number of any of the websites. CONSUMER FORUM TEAM, IS THIS HOW WE GET A REPLY IF RAISED A COMPLAINT. FIRST THEIR OWN EXECUTIVE DONT KNOW WHAT TO COMMUNICATE AND WHEN THEY SAID SOMETHING AND WE TOOK THE SERVICE, THIS IS HOW THEY REPLY. I DONT HAVE OPTION TO ATTCH THE CALL RECORDING, IF YOU GIVE ME EMAIL WILL SEND THE SAME. I have all the stupid and unprofessional emails that this guy has sent and that to a lady.

Please check the link and revert if you need further help. It was my mistake that I have shared few contact numbers. Even I would have given you the contact numbers of other profiles but I don’t know who is this fellow Mr. Mahul Singh trying to be over smart. Let him directly deal with this. Better you people have to know about the difference between 7500 and 2600. If not then you also deal with Mr. Mehul Singh who is the kid screaming like this even after giving you support. Consumer forum team connected with us for this. We simply told them its very stupid complaint and so leave it. They said its ok. We have elaborated the concern and they easily understand the simple English. But I think Mr. Mehul trying to do very smart work here.
Either you delete or forget your service.
