I am also a sufferer; they referred this service with a refundable fee if no suitable profiles are received through them.

1. I have paid 10, 000 inr for the services to pavitra bandhan matrimony exclusive with all the details.They are not at all receiving phone Calls and moreover they are switching off mobile.
2. Relation ship manager was reason which i want to validate is here, i’m getting good response from rm, however it’s just coming as one side where i have to confirm on alliance, than rm will approach them.in my case the response from rm is just not presenting the service which i have considered at the time of joining..
3. From the initial days, we have decided to work on working schedule day and i have got the pictures with details. But never met the criteria email has been stopped for 3 days, hence my family has come to conclusion to close the service reason being i have paid 2500 extra total 10, 000 and just got 2 never married profile.
4. I don’t have anything to explain more as this is not willing to meet my requirement, i always felt i’m just intermediate where i have to just like or dislike. Never got a profile which like me. I hope you will understand the difference.
5.Please refer the terms and conditions, to refund my amount. Please let me know if you need further assistance on call to discuss. The time i was taking services, i thought you people will present the good proposal.

There is nothing like today you pay and tomorrow again you ask for refund after getting contact numbers. you could mark us mail regarding your complaint to the service team i.e., [protected]@pavithrabandhan.org for further assistance.

Moreover, you also can contact Mr. Shiddarth for getting service from RM. As mr. shiddarth is from sales team so Mr. Manoj is only be able to help you out.

I spoke with your relationship manager he already spoke with you more than three times and you always ask him for refund without continuing services. If you don;t like the profiles or unable to communicate then RM will help you out for communication with them. But without seeing any service how can you explain like this. Saturday and Sunday is holiday for RM. So obviously the number going for switched off. Today you can call him and see the response. Instead of seeing for refund use the service for sometime i damn sure you will be going to remove the complaint or resolve it from your end.
