After so many arguments i have to submit the complain I would like to mention following points and concern. 1. I have paid 10, 000 inr for the services to pavitra bandhan matrimony exclusive with all the details. 2. Relation ship manager was reason which i want to validate is here, i’m getting good response from rm, however it’s just coming as one side where i have to confirm on alliance, than rm will approach them.in my case the response from rm is just not presenting the service which i have considered at the time of joining and i have explain the requirement in email with all the points. I have just received one telephone number and that was switch off and we could not continue as we were tried many days. Please look for the email where rm has shared the single number with us which is working and we spoke. There is phone validation failed from your end. We got lot of pictures which are more than 15 in count, out of that we liked 3 alliance, one has rejected me, i will never call that as proposal. Other 2 was not willing to get married out of caste. Others has not been considered because they were highly qualified or not good with respect of personality. I have assumed that the picture has just shared with me to like or dislike, proposal always come from other party and that has never reached to me. This is my point of view. 3. I was humble enough to explain my requirement hence i would have never experience from rm that he is looking for alliance as per my matching. I have told him several time that please call me and discuss about the profile and if they liked me so it will be easy for us.in my case it has been just a copy paste of details/pictures and forwarded to me (Other websites). The main home work was missing. We have seen this for 2 months. 4. From the initial days, we have decided to work on working schedule day and i have got the pictures with details. But never met the criteria email has been stopped for 3 days, hence my family has come to conclusion to close the service reason being i have paid 2500 extra total 10, 000 and just got 2 never married profile. 5. I don’t have anything to explain more as this is not willing to meet my requirement, i always felt i’m just intermediate where i have to just like or dislike. Never got a profile which like me. I hope you will understand the difference. 6. Please refer the terms and conditions, to refund my amount. Please let me know if you need further assistance on call to discuss. Verified Support Jun 14, 2018 Pavithra Bandhan Customer Care's response Dear Sir, Thanks for posting your complaint. however, i would like to inform you that after verification Mr. Manoj has sent you so many profiles however he still sent new proposals but we have to call back such new profiles due to this complaint. As per the mail record we have checked he had sent you so many profiles and shared you their numbers for further communication. Also he sent you your working schedule to share the profiles and give you their feedback as per your schedule. But you call him every day without following service schedule. How can he manage such things when he also handling so many clients like you. you should have keep patience to return your working schedule.
