Dear Sir of Indian consumer complaint forum and Dear Sagar Kumar Please look into the mails that i was sending to you and the Pavithra Bandhan team but without any response from you.All the previous mails and necessary evidences has been preserved and secured for further action.I have been continuously contacting you and your team...&you told never to call you again as another person was allotted for the job.So i was enquiring the team since October 2016 till March 2017. There was documented audio (phone call) recorded evidences to convince you.There was no response from the Pavithra Bandhan Matrimony team since then. I have been to Bangalore posted on my profession...i couldnt trace your office address there.Now i have enquired that there is a consumer complaint form to deal with such things and i have made the complaint for justification.Its not the matter of money...its the matter of trust. Feb 15, 2018 Complaint marked as Resolved Pavithra Bandhan customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Verified Support Jan 12, 2018 Pavithra Bandhan Customer Care's response Dear Member, Your service has been bared and you are not eligible to get refund. you are raising this after 2 years how it is possible someone will work on your behalf. we have checked all the details we have shared so many profiles and all of sudden you have stopped responding us so we waited for long 2 months then we deactivate your Id which can't be activated.Regards, Adam Andrews | |||||
