They approached to my contact no. And sent a profile photo of bride which was fake. Insisted to register by depositing 7500 and the same was done by me unfortunately. They created a id with pbm6394. Frequent discussions were done between me and the so called pavitrabandhan team. They just left the issue and not responded after 2 months. This was a case of cheating and deceiving and also publicising/ defaming/ depersonification of members (Brides) of other matrimony sites and using their personal data. Nothing works as they created this site for corrupting and making money from the people looking for marriage. I have all the documents preserved for evidence including the phone talks, e mails, and messaged from the site. As per their norms they need to refund the amount. So far it was almost 2 years they were not responding nor available. I feel like they should be sued and punished legally for polluting the sacred indian traditional system. However, i would like to inform you that as per the T&C if customer does not respond on mail for 2 months or more then it will deactivate and can’t process for service. This is the reason why your ID gets deactivated. You have made payment on 31st Oct’2016 and today you are complaining about service. So your complaint can not be entertain by any of the service team or Relationship Manager. Hence, we are removing the complaint and we consider this is already resolved. Hence, we can't re-open the case however we can hep you for one instance i.e., if you see any profiles from the matrimony and share us their profile IDs we can help you to share their numbers free of cost but unable to approach them on your behalf anymore.
