Plz I just requested you to return my money..and pick up your order plz ...just returned my money....

I brought one dress worth 4000 from pavitraa fashion website for my kid. I received the product but it will not worth even 1500. Now i want to return the product.. But they r not accepting... They mentioned clearly they will accept returns with in 14 days with original packing.. But now they are not accepting.. They will not care about the customers satisfaction.. They only want money.. Please solve my issue...

I had purchased on November 2 suits of salwar PTD 87466 and PTD 97627 Order no 11052 and they delayed in the shipment We did purchase for 6590 Rupees and shipping charges 3050 so total of 7990rupees and it is nearly 122$ We received the shippment late, we received the goods with a facial kit and when asked they said this is because we purchased above 5000 Rupees.
