Pawan Kumar — Regarding not to deliver car | |||||
Dear sir I have book a car kuv 100 from zoom car pickup time 1000 am on 3 dec 2016 but i have recieve a call at 0930 am that we could not deliver that car due to technical fault so we deliver to scorpio. But i have not received any car till 1035 when i call to customer care he said the car deliver after 1 hrs. Sir this is a very bad impresion when book a car first time.
