Dear sir, i am aditya prasad nayak a new agent from paypoint.i want to serve a customer for rail book.he wished to go from puri- belda.i keep him promise by seeing erail website for conform tcket.but when i opened paypoint railway booking there is no belda station showing how irresponsible is the authority.what aservice you provide.it is very difficult to manage to the customer.
