Verified Support Mar 08, 2018 PayUMoney Customer Care's response Hi Amit, We were able to find to TXNs at our end. Below is the status of both. 1) Payment ID[protected] is successful at our end. The amount for the same has been remitted to the merchant. For any concern regarding, delivery of the product/Payment receipt/Account Details/Cancellation/Refund, you are requested to contact the merchant directly with Merchant Order Id - 63d119183c0df0dd9c6e in order to get the status at their end. 2) Payment ID[protected] is failed. We have not received any funds for the same at our end. Banks generally take 7 to 10 working days (Excluding Saturday, Sunday and bank holiday) to refund the amount back to the customer's source account. We appreciate your patience in the interim.
