Paymanthra — Amount hold regarding

Dear Sir I have purchased a online recharge portal from www.paymanthra.com. Since last 2yeasr the company deactivated the mobile prepaid service in my panel (ID : 400023 and retailer ID 521189) without any information. I have sent several mails to [protected]@paymanthra.com and [protected]@paymanthra.com but the issue is not resolved yet. The sales also stopped taking my phone calls. Thre are almost Rs.43000 in the wallet. That Sir, I live in Andhra and Chennai is too far from Andhra. I am gone and check below address but there is no any good address there and ask for the issue.
Therefor I request your honour to help me to solve this issue so that I can use the wallet amount.
