I have booked hpgas cylinder on 27/2/2020 through online payment by clicked above link directed to paymatra payment gateway through debit card, they showed payment successful, transaction number is [protected], but the consumer not recieved the payment till now also i not refund the amount

I have booked hpgas cylinder on 13/07/2020 trough online payment 17/07/2020 by clicked above link directed to paymantra payment gateway through sbi credit card, they showed payment successful, transaction number is [protected] 17/07/2020 23.27:52, but the consumer not received the payment till now also i not refund the amount
