Dear Sir/Mam,
I have been getting repeated calls from your agency collectors as I had not paid my EMI due to loss of my job during covid situation. I have never gone absconfing and have spoken to many of your collectors multiple times explaining the apathy of my situation. They still call my connections from my contact lists and have send what's app messeges stating that I have taken them as guarantors a d there will be legal action against them. This is a true lie and exposing my financial situation to my known and unknown contacts! I have been mentally harassed for no reason. I had mentioned to them that I have now got a job a d will repay from February 2022. Still this harassment is on. Is this the way you treat your customer who is financially troubled due to this Pandemic? Was this information helpful? |
