Payme India — I am getting fraud sms from payme india kindly resolve

Hi,
"i got an sms from payme india, like below
Mr, xyz s/o xxxx has taken a loan from payme india with you listed as a friend and family is bank defaulting on it. We begin legal action and ipc 420 police case."
I haven't signed any document regarding this loan. He was just colleague long time ago.
But still got sms from payme india

I am not sure why i am getting this sms, i even don't know about this company
How can i stop this nonsense from this company... Shall i start legal action against this company doing such nonsense,.. Payme please look into this matter immediately.. Thanks
