[Resolved] Paynimo / Techprocess Payment Services — amount debited but not credited | |||
Dear team, I had make payment of rs. 1000/- against muthoot gold loan account no. 2733/mws/916 from axis bank debit card, but amount is not credited in loan account also amount debited. I was making payment online for my electricity bill of rs 929 on 22/10/2019 but money got deducted from my bank account and there was no reference no, No acknowledgement of payment was generated. I want this to be resolved as early as possible.

I have not done any transaction from my end with out my intenstion but I now i have to payee amount, Im gonna raise a complaint in consumer court. I have to receive my amount 8, 654 immediately otherwise I file complaint to police station. I have alreadu contacted with bank side to check all the details.
