[Resolved]  Paynimo / Techprocess Payment Services — amount deducted by confirmation not received

I have made the transaction on 12-nov-2018 for hdfc life insurance through idfc bank on 8:42:20 but my amount has been deducted and confirmation not received from merchant end even i also confirm it from hdfc life insurance customer care and they informed me that no data shows regarding in against this transaction. Details of my policy are:

Amount 8861/-
Policy no. 90009022
Transaction id: hdfc5702979

I also attached the screen shot of my bank statement from where payment has been deducted and clearly shows that my amount is in techprocess account and mail that we received of payment failure from hdfc life. Kindly resolve it on priority as my due date is near.
