[Resolved] Paynimo / Techprocess Payment Services — amount not credited | |||
I paid my electricity bill through uppcl website via wallet. The amount of 14816 RS was deducted from my paytm wallet but no receipt was given by paynimo or the money credited against my bill. Calling helpline numbers futile as they do not exist or go straight to hold. Bill paid to UPPCL on 19th. Paytm tranx no.
