Date: July 6, 10.00 I did a payment for Hathway, The money has been debited from account and transaction failed. I've not received the refund till now. INR 1, 197.00 To:TECHPROCESS SOLUTION LTD FN/SHP/[protected]/L77419_Hathway Cable & Ltd When I called Hathway, they asked to call my bank, I called the bank, guess what -- they are telling the money is gone. And i figured out you were handling the payment gateway while I did the transaction. and reading other complaints registered here I came to the conclusion that you are one worst payment gateway provider out there. Need the refund soon. I've got the whole records and my bank is backing up me on this with legal help. Was this information helpful? | |

Verified Support Jul 06, 2018 Paynimo / TechProcess Payment Services Customer Care's response Dear Sir/Madam, TPSL ID :[protected] On checking our records we found that the above mentioned transaction has failed for which we have neither received the credit nor the online status from the customers bankers.
