[Resolved] Paynimo / Techprocess Payment Services — Deduction of amount | |||||
I have made a payment of Rs. 3878 on 17/04/2017 (10:20 AM) for a premium of bajaj allianz insurance policy through TechProcess Payment gateway. Amount was deducted from bank account and premium for the policy was not paid. Even transaction from bank side was successful and Insurance company says amount was not received by their company. I have attached the image of bank status with this complaint. Therefore I request you to please resolve the issue. Thanks Was this information helpful? | |||||
