I paid rs 1360 on 27th august 19 to jharkhand bijli vitran nigam through their android app ezybzly using paynimo payment services. I paid by my credit card. My credit card ends xxxx xxxx xxxx 7512 and it is hdfc regalia credit card. My account was debited but my electricity bill was not paid for the same..
