Hello sir/madam

Last 15 days back that is on july 3rd 2019 i have paid the amount for indance gas agencies through the link and the amount of rupees 639.50 was debited from my account but later i got an email that the transaction was failed your debited amount will be refunded within a week. I also bought the cylinder by paying by cash mode. It's been 15 days i have still not got my refund back. Please reply as soon as poosible i have attached the required information below.
