[Resolved]  Paynimo / Techprocess Payment Services — lnmu pet form related

SIR, Idid a payment for lnmu PET form, The money has been debited from my account and transaction failed. I've not received the refund till now.
The amount debited from bank account, but on lnmu pet website payment shows pending. When I called lnmu, they asked to call my bank, I called the bank, they are telling the money is gone. And i figured out you were handling the payment gateway while I did the transaction.

Dear Sir/ Mam,
I made online payment of MSEDCL, Pune through internet banking from Bank of Maharashtra against Tran ID No.[protected] on dated: 28/6/2018 of Rs.580/-. The amount was debited from my account but bill was not paid.

I requested to you please refund my amount in my account or pay MSEDCL bill need help full.

sir i have paid 769.92 to lnmu pet .the amount has been already debited but .lnmu website has still not recieved the payment .plz resolve the issue as soon as possible because last date for online form fill up is 14 july 2018 . plz resolve this issue . the bank statement is attached within.plz have a look and resolve it. asap
