[Resolved]  Paynimo / Techprocess Payment Services — money deducted from account but bill not paid

Sir,
On 06/02/2020, i have tried to pay my electricity bill through techprocess payment services, the amount of rs. 10, 001 has been deducted from my account but bill not paid.

Here are the following details of the transaction:
Bank name: union bank of india
Transaction date: 06/02/2020
Transaction amount: rs 10, 001
Techprocess reference id: techprocess/[protected]

The status for the above mentioned transaction was reported as pending at our end as we had not received the response in real time from your bank's end.

Accordingly, as per our standard process, on receipt of the recon file, the said transaction was processed as refund and the refund instruction is sent to your bank on[protected].

As per banker's TAT, the same will be credited to your account within 3 working days.
