Sir, On 06/02/2020, i have tried to pay my electricity bill through techprocess payment services, the amount of rs. 10, 001 has been deducted from my account but bill not paid. Verified Support Feb 07, 2020 Paynimo / TechProcess Payment Services Customer Care's response Dear Sir, TPSL ID:[protected] Bank Reference ID:[protected] Merchant transaction ID:1455e3c171a50fe033148 The status for the above mentioned transaction was reported as pending at our end as we had not received the response in real time from your bank's end. Accordingly, as per our standard process, on receipt of the recon file, the said transaction was processed as refund and the refund instruction is sent to your bank on[protected].
