Paynimo / Techprocess Payment Services — money transaction

I transferred money to flipkart on 12/12/19, money debited from my bank account but not credited to flipkart. Transaction i'd[protected] through axis internet banking. Bank says transaction is successful. Kindly check and revert back. Debited amount is 28999 rupees. Bank says transaction is successful and money sent to vendor, so kindly do the needful as soon as possible.

The status for the above mentioned transaction was reported as pending at our end as we had not received the response in real time from customer's bank's end.
