[Resolved]  Paynimo / Techprocess Payment Services — money was deducted but payment failed

Address:HJ/12 S.L.SARANI, PUNSCHA APARTMENT, GOUTAM PARA, BAGUIHATI, BAGUIHATI, Kolkata, West Bengal, 700059

My last interest (102/-) paid for my loan number 1182/mws/5792 has been failed. I attached the screenshot below. But the money (102.48/-) has been deducted from my account. Also i attached the statement of my passbook below. You can check it. Then what can i do now? Please reverse my amount to my original account. Also i called to my nearest branch which is located at baghuihati, kolkata - 700059. But they didn't receive my call single time. I am very unhappy with my branch service. Thanks.

I want to know about this transaction. Just want know about this transaction which I attached below. Please let me know. Receipt Number[protected]. The money was deducted from my account but the transaction has been failed. I also attached my Passbook details it was deducted or not. Please return my money as soon as possible.
