[Resolved] Paynimo / Techprocess Payment Services — no refund processed

I recently paid to my college website for some purpose, the payment, as per the website failed. But my money was deducted. I tried calling techprocess (Who processed the payment) 20 times atleast, no answer. I seek my refund for the same. I've the transaction id and proof of transaction with me. I confirmed from the college that they didn't recieve any payment.

This gate way is very poor nobody don't do with your payment through gateway becoz they are irresponsible waste customer care services
