I had remitted Rs.572/ towards payment of telephone bill in respect of[protected] as per transaction reference no.[protected] Ref. No. FCDR[protected] on[protected] at 12-57-49 hours. Though Rs.572/- has been debited from my bank account, so far the BSNL has not credited the same towards the bill issued. please take immediate steps either to credit the amount to BSNL or to refund the amount to me, so that I could make another attempt for payment Was this information helpful? I paid my Bsnl landline bill through My Bsnl app and payment failed but the amount was deducted from my bank account . all the necessary information is in the photo that I have included.Like transaction I'd and everything.
