Paynimo / Techprocess Payment Services — Online payment done but confirmation receipt not received

I made a payment of rs 1501 towards the property tax on nmmc.gov.in. My bank account of hdfc has been deducted but a confirmation receipt has not been generated. This transaction was done at 11:20 am on 26th may 17 using net banking services. Please understand that the last date to pay the tax i is 31/05/17, post this date it will attract penalty.
