Paid a bill at uppclonline. A/c no - [protected]. Customer name - ibney haider nakvi. Payment date - 22-1-19. Amount - 5780. Payment stopped midway but amount was debited from account. Will the money be refunded or payment will proceed. After entering the credentials of debit card and the password and clicking proceed no new webpage came. What to do in these circumstances?
