I made a payment through paynimo gateway on[protected] at 2 pm approx of rs. 1000/- to upcl (Payment of electric connection) through my nanital bank haridwar a/c no. 2001126 (Ifsc - ntbl0har067) from rupay debit card no. 5085 xxxx xxxx 4115 to upcl rishikesh, payment not received by them while my a/c no. 2001126 debited with rs. 1000/-. Kindly provide us the Techprocess Payment ID or Bank Transaction ID or the First six digits and Last four digits of card if payment is done through Debit/Credit card to trace the transaction from our end.
