I made a payment through paynimo gateway on[protected] at 2 pm approx of rs. 1000/- to upcl (Payment of electric connection) through my nanital bank haridwar a/c no. 2001126 (Ifsc - ntbl0har067) from rupay debit card no. 5085 xxxx xxxx 4115 to upcl rishikesh, payment not received by them while my a/c no. 2001126 debited with rs. 1000/-. Kindly issue the refund

Updated by A To Z Con I made a payment through paynimo gateway on[protected] at 2 pm approx of rs. 1000/- to UPCL ( Payment of Electric Connection ) through my Nanital bank Haridwar a/c no. 2001126 ( IFSC - NTBL0HAR067 ) from rupay debit card no. 5085 xxxx xxxx 4115 to upcl rishikesh, payment not received by them while my a/c no. 2001126 debited with rs. 1000/-. kindly issue the refund

We are unable to trace the records on the basis of given details.

Kindly provide us the Techprocess Payment ID or Bank Transaction ID or the First six digits and Last four digits of card if payment is done through Debit/Credit card to trace the transaction from our end.
