I made a payment through paynimo gateway on06/02/2019 at 2 pm approx of Rs. 1000/- to upcl (Payment of electric connection) through my nanital bank haridwar a/c no.[protected] (IFSC - NTBL0HAR067) from rupay debit card no. 5085 7321 xx19 4115 to upcl rishikesh, payment not received by them while my a/c debited with rs. 1000/-.
