Paynimo / Techprocess Payment Services — payment not processed

I have done a payment and its not processing from more than one hour. I have to very important payment and the last deadline is 26 january. Please resolve this issue else i will have to leave a very important opportunity. This payment is for my mba admission and i am damn too serious about it.
