Sir, I had on 7.7.17 made payment of my electricity bill through techprocess and the transaction id is s94938955 amounting to rs.943.78, but even though my a/c with my net banking bank ie. Union bank of india was debited, no amount was received by electricity authorities and i had to make fresh cash payment inorder to avoid penalties. The entry in the bank a/c is "epay/to:techprocess/64122533/pay' rs.943.78 Kindly look into the matter Was this information helpful? | |
