[Resolved]  Paynimo / Techprocess Payment Services — payment not remitted back to my account

Address:Mumbai City, Maharashtra, 500084

I chose tech process on bsnl portal to pay my monthly bill of landline phone using my debit card on[protected]

I got following messages on my mobile

"pos transaction of rs.1190/- is done on card with last four digits “7087"

Your payment of rs.1190/- is failed on bsnl portal.
Reason: pme10023-rejected by paysecure

This is what my banker (Andhra bank) provided about the transaction

[protected] postxn / rupay / portal bsnl tpsl /803037 - rs.1190.00

Amount is deducted from my account but not remitted to bsnl

Hence i want refund of rs.1190/-

The complaints given by me earlier are closed as resolved without refunding the amount
The id of the complaints are id: 2089536 and id: 2055936

There is no complaint resolution process at all The complaints are kept pending and finally marked as "Resolved" without taking any action. It is better to approach Consumer forum and get orders against the company
