Greetings, I had made payment for connect broadband of inr 401 a few days back. The amount has been debited from my yes bank account via yes bank transaction id[protected]. But the transaction failed although money is still debited. Kindly look into the matter on an urgent basis. The due date is over and i had made the payment much before the last date. I need the internet connection because it is related to my livelihood. I have exhausted all other means of grievance redressal. I hope the issue will be resolved as soon as possible.
