[Resolved] Paynimo / Techprocess Payment Services — paynimo has deducted amount from my bank account during the payment of property tax for ghmc | |||
Paynimo has deducted 5578 from my bank account and is not crediting it to the merchant. I made a transaction of 80, 000 towards the merchant 'ghmc property tax' at 12:45 pm on december 14, 2019. The amount has been deducted immediately from my account and paynimo is not displaying the confirmation screen. The customer care is not responding to any phone calls and i'm left in the lurch. This is not acceptable for a payment gateway. I need immediate resolution to this issue failing which i will take further action. Prabhakar reddy Was this information helpful? | |||

I made a payment to hathway broadband serive in Bangalore on 6/12/19 at 9:28pm through techprocess.Money of 607 got deducted from my account but Hathaway didn't get the amount. Please check the needful and provide a refund as soon as possible.
