I'm complaining about the payment which process from my icici bank account through techprocess (Paynimopayment services) but the merchant (Muthoot finance ltd) didn't receive the money. I had done the payment on 22.6.2019 at 2.03 pm
Of 5729 rs two time transation 11458rs deducted on my account. Account number is 0172××××411. Kindly refund the money and solve the issue as early as possible. Waiting for your earliest reply.
