[Resolved] Paynimo / Techprocess Payment Services — transaction status pending even after amount was deducted

I Did an online recharge on BSNL portal - portal.bsnl.in of
Amount - 1099
on date[protected] time 14:01:35 the amount was deducted but
recharge status is still pending.

I would like the amount deduced to be returned as soon as possible.
And thank you BSNL and TechProcess for this experience and hope i don't need your services in future.

They refunded the full anount 3 days later.
Standard procedure i believe still thank you for your response.

We would like to inform you that on the basis of the given details we have checked and found that the status for the same was reported as pending at our end as we had not received the response in real time from bank's end.

Accordingly, as per the standard process, on receipt of the recon file, the said transaction was processed as refund and the refund instruction was sent to your bank on 16.07.2018

You are therefore requested to kindly check your bank account statement to confirm the credit receipt or contact your bank in case you have not received any reversal into your account.
