Paypal — Payment could not be sent or transfer | |
Transaction id: 38m37498rv009810p Date of payment received: 6th july 2020 Date of shipment: 27th july 2020, Dhl tracking no: [protected] Shipment received by client : 5th august, 2020 My payment is in paypal account. But paypal has not lifted the limitations. I submitted all the documents and resolved. Customer confirmed the shipment receipt to paypal. I contacted more than 50 times to paypal customer service but every time same replies and computerized messages saying go to activity, resolve, provide tracking, once received by customer we will send mail to customer, ask your customer to reply. I lost my customer due to this asking every time the same thing. Its been more than 50 days paypal keep reviewing for the shipment which was received by client 20 days before and they are satisfied and used the goods for their work. I had paid to my vendors taking loans and paid interest for the last month and have to pay again interest this month. I loose my money, my profit, my client. I had a very bad experience with paypal.
